A: u must have 3 hero or cardmon LV40 with same grade, its a random result.. and u'll get a hero or cardmon with a higher grade.

 see the picture, when success.. u'll get a random three star cardmon.

Q: How to improve cardmon or hero?
A: Upgrading a LV40 hero or cardmon with the same type of hero or cardmon. its 100% success rate, u can improve five times and the max LV afrer improve is LV55

Q: How to Conversion
A: u can convert any grade with LV40 hero or cardmon into diferent type of hero or cardmon. But u'll get LV1 hero or cardmon

Q: How to evolve? 

A: Only cardmon can evolve, and only certain cardmon. u can evolve when reach LV40. there is the cardmon list:
